Group Fitness

At KMA we believe that our client’s health and wellness is of top priority, which is why have worked hard to provide ways for our members and our community to achieve their fitness goals; whether its in a group fit class, our small group training with Chelsi Rodrigues, or a 1-on-1 personal training program.
Our private studio caters up to 8-12 people per class to ensure we can modify the workout to suit your individual needs or to give you that extra push to reach your true potential.

Programs

Fitness Assessments (every 3-4 months)

Group FitnessWe host regular fitness assessments for our members ages 10 and up to check measurements, cardio health, muscular strength/endurance, and flexibility. Our assessments are designed to encourage and motivate one another so we may be able to reach our true potential.

Each assessment may include:

  • Shuttle run
  • 12 minute run
  • Squat test
  • Push-up test
  • Plank test
  • Pull-up test
  • Vertical jump
  • And more!

It’s also perfect for team training and development!

Group Fitness:

  • 8-12 people max
  • Learn to Lift every Monday and Wednesday
  • Circuit Training Tuesday and Saturday

Small Group Training With Whole Health Chelsi:

  • 2-5 people max
  • Twice a week
  • 8 week program/2 Months
  • $299.99 (+hst)

1-on-1 Personal Training

  • Regular fitness assessments
