Personal Training

1-on-1 Personal Training

One of the best ways to get started is with your very own coach. With our 1-on-1 personal training program you will be given a personalized workout for your specific needs. You can book your complimentary fitness assessment with us today.

Group Fit

New members are required to complete three 30 min personal training sessions with one of our certified trainers. Each session will cover the standard lifts to reduce the risk of injury in our group fit programs.

3x Personal Training Sessions – $99.99 (+hst)

Learn 2 Lift

Our learn 2 lift program is designed to educate our members on proper lifting form to ensure better results and to avoid injury while working to increase that lift.

Circuit Training

Agility, strength, speed, and cardio endurance! Our circuit training is designed to keep you moving and promote that sweat equity!


Fight your way to a healthier you. Our Boxfit program incorporates weight training and heavy bag work to give you a full-body workout experience.
