Three Day Self-Defence Seminar for Beginners

Sensei James Wyatt will be offering a three day self-defence series for beginners. This series is designed to help empower our community by introducing them to the basics of self-defence.

Each day will be consist of a:

  • Dynamic warm-up
  • Strength training
  • Cardio
  • And an introduction to self-defence techniques.

And each week, you will learn something different; including:

  • Basic strikes and kicks
  • Ground work – how to fall and get up effectively
  • Releases and throws
