Spicy Thai Chicken Zoodle Salad

Serves 1

Ingredients

Dressing:

Salad:

  • 1 medium zucchini, ends trimmed
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup leftover cooked chicken, shredded
  • ¼ avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Time to Celebrate!

At Kazoku Martial Arts Centre we take birthdays pretty seriously. In fact, we take them so seriously we want to give you a little something something when you turn another year older.tiny cakes 2

Thanks to our friends at Tiny Cakes you will receive a special birthday voucher in your e-mail.
